    <content type="html">&lt;font size="2"&gt;questo è il bento di ieri, non sono riuscita a postarlo perchè ieri sera oltre che distrutta ero in fibrillazione per l'esame di stamane.&lt;br /&gt;una sola pietanza (sempre causa stanchezza) ma comprensiva di primo e secondo, e molto energetica.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Basmati stir-fry: variante funghi&amp;amp;pollo.&lt;br /&gt;Il riso basmati è il mio pass-par-tour. per fare questo bento mi è bastato mettere nel wok con un filo d'olio e un po' di cipolla del pollo a dadini, degli spinaci, dei pisellini e dei funghi. visto che nel frigo non c'era nulla e che non avevo tempo, gli ingredienti li ho messi tutti ancora congelati (fortuna che almeno nel freezer ci sono le scorte di emergenza). per farli scongelare ho aggiunto un mezzo bicchiere d'acqua e un cucchiaio di salsa di soia. quando ho visto che si erano ben scongelati (dopo 7 minuti circa a fuoco medio-alto e con coperchio), ho aggiunto mezzo bicchiere (della nutella) di riso basmati crudo. questa varietà di riso nel cuocere triplica le sue dimensioni, quindi mezzo bicchiere è sufficiente per una porzione decisamente abbondante. assieme al riso ho aggiunto un altro bicchiere d'acqua e un mezzo cucchiaio di salsa di soia. ho fatto cuocere per altri 10 minuti circa mescolando ogni tanto per far assorbire uniformemente l'acqua. pronto. il riso perfettamente cotto e ben insaporito dalla salsa della carne e delle verdure. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;~&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;this is the bento I made for yersterday, but last night I was so tired and worried for the exam that I hadn0t been able to post it. &lt;br /&gt;Just one dish, but including first and second.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jasmine rice stir-fry: mushroom&amp;amp;chicken variation.&lt;br /&gt;jasmine rice is my pass-par-tout dish. to make this bento I just put inot the wok ,with a spoon of oil with some onion, some chicken bite-sized, some peas, some mushrooms and some spinach. since my fridge was void and I had no time (and no microwave) to un-freeze them, I put all the ingredients still freezed. thus I added half a glass of water and a spoon of soy sauce. when they were perfectly un-freezed (about 7 minutes later), I added half a glass of jasmine rice (this kind of rice, during coocking time, grows of even three times its size, so half a glass is enough for a huge portion) together with another glass of water and another soysauce spoon. I've let it cook for other 10 minutes, mixing here and there to make it absorb ater correctly. then it was ready. the rice was perfectly cooked and very tasty, thanks to the chicken sauce.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

La consiglio perchè merita, ed anche se ha un colore bruttino, al primo assaggio conquista!&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredienti per 5-7 porzioni: &lt;/b&gt;1kg di patate, 3 cipolle grosse (se utilizzate la varietà di tropea verrà più aromatizzata), 250ml di panna da cucina (potete sostituire con panna vegetale), 1l di brodo vegetale, parmigiano, sale e pepe.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/b&gt; pelate le patate e le cipolle, tagliatele a fettine e mettetele in una pentola col brodo vegetale, portate ad ebollizzione e lasciate cuocere finchè le patate non si sfaldano. Quindi frullate, aggiungete la panna, aggiustate di sale e servite ben calda, con una spolverata di parimigiano sopra e, se gradito, del pepe fresco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;~&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;u&gt;Here's the recipe for the velvety-potatoes cream. I strongly suggest it because, even if not very beautyful to see, it's absolutely delicious!&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredients for 5-7 people:&lt;/b&gt; 1kg potatoes, 3 big onions (the purple ones will make the cream more tasty), 250ml of milk cream (you can also use vegetarian cream), 1l vegetal broth, parmigiano, salt &amp;amp; pepper. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Hot-to:&lt;/b&gt; peel off potatoes and onions, cut them in small slices and make both boil in the vegetal broth, until potatoes flake. Then mix up in the mixer, add the milk cream, and serve hot, with a touch of scretched parmigiano and, if desired, fresh pepper.&lt;/i&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">I've been busy for a long, then I've been ill so I didn't cook anything good. last friday I had this bento, nothing special but it was pretty energetic, I had to follow my teacher to a conference in the morning, and in the afternoon I had to study for a terrible exam with my friends. so:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;on top-right: wurstchen pulip shaped, sliced cucumber, olives (I love olives!)and a cherry tomato on a bed of lattuce&lt;br /&gt;down-left: potatoes "a la metre d'hotel" , soybuns, more lattuce and tomatoes.&lt;br /&gt;up-left: nuts from the country-yard of my father&lt;br /&gt;not pic: soysauce&lt;br /&gt;I just got confused in the morning, I wanted to put wurstchen togther with potatoes, and soybuns with cucumber, but I make the contrary :P anyway, it was fresh and fit perfectly with a very hot (and allergic!!!) day....and at 5p.m. to have a break with friends we ate a delicious home-made style icecream. the guy of the shop put it into hot dark chocolate and then in the nuts, so the cold of the icecream made chocolate crunchy....mmmmmm great!!!!after all, studying hard can be nice :P&lt;br&gt;&lt;a href="http://imageshack.us/" border="0" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img src="http://img74.imageshack.us/img74/1024/dsc02ridimensionare1lg.jpg" alt="Free Image Hosting at ImageShack.us"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">dimenticatevi la tranquillità del post precende. ho passato un lunedì d'inferno fino alle 4 del mattino, idem martedì fino ad ora di pranzo. le due coalizioni sono rimaste in parità fino all'ultimo, e tutt'ora lo scarto è minimo. cmq l'ha scampata la sinistra. alle 20 di lunedì stavo già preparando il mio espatrio. vedere che cmq la metà degli italiani ha votato la coalizione di berlusconi, per altro votando proprio il balordo per la maggior parte, mi ha distrutta. tutti mi criticano quando dubito della democrazia e spiego che per me la gente è come un grosso gregge di pecore. abbiate il coraggio di darmi torto adesso! alla gente manca cultura, intelligenza, senso civico, decenza e potrei continuare a lungo... bha, starò a vedere, comunque berlusconi è il degno frutto di una mentalità italiana di merda.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ahhhh dopo aver brevemente riassunto il mio stato d'animo elettorale (per altro sono le prime elezioni che vivo con cognizione di causa...cominciamo bene!) oggi sono andata all'uni per seguire due seminari, ma al posto del primo sono stata in stanza col prof. Resta e uno degli assistenti a chiacchierare e ad organizzare la tesi. i rimproveri sempre così affettuosi e dolci e il fatto che lì tutti mi trattino come una loro pari (nonostante io sia lì come studentessa e loro siano svariate vite più colti e raffinati ed esperi di me) mi ha rimessa in sesto! &lt;br /&gt;poi stamane ho cantato bene, ho raggiunto una nota mai toccata prima, tra gli acuti, che mi consola...insomma, ritorna la motivazione, anche se pasqua si avvicina! :P&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*next post will be in english*</content>

    <content type="html">ragazzi....che giornatina! è un rincorrersi di dati e commenti.&lt;br /&gt;i miei amici di destra passano dallo scoraggiato al contento (alcuni all'arrogante... poi dici che uno fa di tutta l'erba un fascio :PPPP ) i miei amici di sinistra (la maggioranza ) trepida.&lt;br /&gt;non ci smentiamo mai insomma...ci manca sempre qualcosa per fare le cose per bene!!!! &lt;br /&gt;cmqsia per come la penso io, con la vittoria della sinistra (non considero l'opzione vittoria della destra...lì la mia risposta è l'espatrio) comincerà il vero fermento: bisognerà darsi da fare per maturare come popolo e per evitare situazioni grottesche e trogloditiche! a cominciare dalle leggi sulla comunicazione, sui codici di procedura, sul lavoro, sull'istruzione e la ricerca, etc etc etc&lt;br /&gt;sperando che i modi arroganti e scorretti (per andarci sul leggero) di quel balordo di berlusconi vengano presto rimpiazzati da una forte coscienza sociale e dalla voglia di fare le cose per bene!&lt;br /&gt;e intanto, continuo a studiare scienza delle finanze mentre la radio mi aggiorna...</content>

    <content type="html">'morning! it's a hard sunday morning awakening. last night I didn't do anything special, I just ate a kebab with friends and then went to a ''terribly expensive but too good'' place where we all ate maxi ice creams (I took one with dark chocolate, hazel,soft cream, and biscuits: gooooooooooooooooooddddddddddddddddd) and played an everlasting trivial pursuite challenge :D I must stop this wilde eating or I'll become an enormous mash-mallow :D&lt;br /&gt;anyway, this morning I awake with stomachache and allergy, so I'll go voting later, I must get better before going out. yes because today and tomorrow there are the elections. we'll see. for sure I hope berlusconi to lose and go in jail as soon as possible, but I'm never optimistic...so I can only hope, and anyway I have decided to leave italy after my final graduation, if people don't understand some fundamental values like social careness, culture and education, etc etc&lt;br /&gt;anyway I'm no more angry and now I know how to solve the problem with the pics, so I'll manage soon :)</content>

    <content type="html">one of my last love is bento. it's a while that I have a bento set and I use it when I must eat at university or at the music school. as a sample I post the pic of the bento I ate yesterday. a very bad pic, I know, but I was in a rush (and anyway I'm not a good photographer and this is not a good camera...)anyway:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;top: tuttifrutti shaped potatoes and red turnip on a bed of carrots and zucchine (all cooked by vapor) + fried peas with red bell pepper&lt;br /&gt;down: hamburger slices on a bed of soy-buds, with cherry tomatoes + red turnip&amp;potatoe mousse&lt;br /&gt;white box: home made (by me :D) biscuits with dark chocolate&lt;br /&gt;not picture: soysauce&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I really love my mini-biscuits cutters in shapes of fruits, stars and flovers :D that's why I use them much that I can :P&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;soon I'll post the pics of my bento sets and my (few) accessories ^.^&lt;br /&gt;step by step I'll fill this blog! é_é/</content>
